Excursion Details:
Are you ready to see one of the most well-known bays of Rhodes for yourself? We would love to be the ones to show you Anthony Quinn Bay! It will be the first 20-minute stop of our journey, after leaving Mandraki Port and sailing ⛵ on the East coast of the island. You will have the opportunity to dive off the boat into the refreshing clear waters of the bay, which is 10 meters wide and 250 meters long covered with rocks, pebbles and fine sand both inside and outside the sea. Pine trees 🌳–some found right at edge of the water– paint the surroundings with a gorgeous emerald hue.
After resuming our cruise we will keep sailing until we arrive at the most picturesque and popular village of Rhodes, Lindos, with its white-washed houses 🏡 built on the hillside, right under the watchful eye of the Acropolis.
During your 3-hour stay in Lindos you can explore the village walking around in the small narrow streets dotted with wonderful souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. Climbing to the Acropolis, can either be done on foot or by hiring the traditional “Lindos Taxi”, the donkeys! 🐎 (The Entrance fee in the archaeological site is 12 euros). You can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal waters of Lindos’ sandy beaches 🏖 .
The trip is not over yet! We will be making an extra swimming stop (20 minutes) on our way back to Mandraki Port to dive off the boat at Tsambika beach, one of Rhodes’ most beautiful beaches, popular but still unspoiled, with fine white sand and crystal waters. The perfect way to finish your day cruise!
