Are you are a nature lover or just enjoy relaxing walks through magnificent landscapes? Then you will love visiting the famous Valley of Butterflies! Take full advantage of your free time to enjoy the cool microclimate of the canyon, where the fresh water of Pelekanos River rushes through, creating smaller and bigger waterfalls and observe the view of hundreds of resting butterflies on the trees and rocks. For a fuller experience, you can visit a small Monastery on the highest point of the Valley (Kalopetra Monastery). Afterwards you can visit the most popular and famous place in Rhodes island, Lindos village! The traditional white houses, the stone paved alleys, the century-old churches and the Acropolis of Lindos make the tour unforgettable!

Inside the green scenery of the Valley, you will be introduced to a rare type of Butterfly: the Kalimorphos Panaxia Quatripunctaria. This puts the Valley of the Butterflies on top of the list with the most visited attractions of Rhodes! It is a real Oasis dotted with wooden bridges, waterfalls and rustic paths along Pelekanos river. An experience not to miss!
Upon arrival our driver will give you all the directions you need concerning the meeting point and instruction on where to begin your exploration of the area, along with a very useful map. You will have plenty of free time to discover the Valley!
After your walk, you can relax in our fully air-conditioned vehicle while the driver takes you to the ultimate destination of Rhodes – Lindos village!
The driver will provide you with a map of this area too, along with useful recommendations for your individual exploring and will inform you about the departure’s meeting point.

Lindos is very appealing to the visitor with its small cafes, souvenir shops and restaurants along with the traditional white houses that give the village a unique image. Take advantage of your free time to walk up to Acropolis of Lindos and explore this ancient monument, take amazing photographs, go for a refreshing swim in one of the two sandy beaches near the village or relax for lunch on one of the numerous cozy rooftop restaurants.
At the end of your visit you will meet with your driver for an extra panoramic photo stop of Lindos. Then we will safely take you back to your accommodation or cruise ship.
